We are seeking a Breakfast Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

* Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items including eggs, (all styles), pancakes, waffles, meats, and specialty dishes.

* Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to recipes and standards.

* Manage prep and station setup before service; clean down and restock after service.

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

* Work efficiently under pressure in a busy, high-volume kitchen.

* Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-the-house to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

* Previous breakfast or line cook experience.

* Proficiency in cooking eggs and multitasking during rush periods.

* Strong time-management, organization, and communication skills.

* Reliable, punctual and able to work early mornings.

* Must be able to work weekends.

* Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain).
