Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business. You’ll be responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing customer relationships, and building new business opportunities. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify and target new customer segments and opportunities within the auto Auto industry, both B2B and B2C.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts to increase business.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and business growth to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in the auto detailing, automotive, or related industries is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision.
