Maitre D
As a Maitre D' at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about providing an exemplary guest experience and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the host team and manage the reservation book during service
- Ensure all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of reservation systems, including Seven Rooms, OpenTable, Resy to manage the book, build guest profiles, and drive seamless guest flow
- Coordinate all reservations, walk-ins, dining room and PDR seatings
- Build and nurture relationships with new and returning guests
- Mentor and direct the host team throughout the shift
- Represent the ilili brand with grace, professionalism, and genuine hospitality at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment
- Extensive experience with Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and holidays required
