Job Description

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate banking transactions and agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal contracts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the financial services sector.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and provide strategic guidance.
• Support legal due diligence processes for corporate banking clients.
• Assist in resolving disputes and managing legal claims related to corporate banking activities.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational alignment.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal issues and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Legal Counsel - Corporate Banking should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in good standing.
• Proven experience in legal counsel roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
