Reception Person
:
As a Reception Person, you'll be in charge of greeting people that come into the office, managing conference room scheduling, preparing for key client visits (signage, work-space prep, etc.), and support with light adminitrative duties (copy/print, handle documents, etc.).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- +2 year of related work experience (reception, clerical, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time (1st shift).
Target pay: $22 - $24/ hr.

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00am - 05:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Duties:
- Ensure excellent and professional client service at all times.
- Greet visitors/guests -validate against guest list, provide badge, parking validation as necessary.
- Coordinate catering for meetings.
- Assist with audio visual equipment for meetings.
- Back up clerical support (making copies, printing, scanning, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
