Qualifications:
- Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
- 1+ year of experience in a busy/well rated NYT restaurant as a host or reservationist
- Experience working in a hotel is a plus
- Familiarity & experience operating OpenTable or Resy reservations systems
- Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
