Service Advisor

Job Summary: The Service Advisor at Browns Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat Alfa Romeo is a Full-time, individual contributor role that plays a vital role in the success of our dealership. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients while managing the repair and maintenance services of their vehicles. As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with our sales and service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall dealership objectives. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary and commission range of $75,000 to $125,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition, our company offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide accurate estimates for service repairs
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and accurately document any damage or concerns
• Prepare detailed repair orders and communicate with technicians to prioritize the work based on customer needs
• Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle and follow up with any additional service recommendations
• Collect payment from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all dealership products and services, including warranties and extended service plans
• Ensure the service center is clean, organized, and well-maintained to provide a professional and welcoming environment for customers
• Collaborate with sales team to promote service and maintenance packages for customer retention
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and new vehicle technology

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to work full-time, including Saturday.
