Dental Administrator

We are looking to add a full-time experienced front desk dental administrator to our team of dedicated dental professionals. To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in dental administration. Preferred candidates will also have experience using Dentrix.
Duties include:- Welcoming patients to our practice
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Coordinating dental treatment
- Presenting dental treatment plans
- Communicating with patients via phone, text, and email in a warm and professional manner
- Entering patient demographics into Dentrix
- Verifying and entering dental insurance into Dentrix
- Helping patients decipher their EOBs
- Scanning EOBs
- Facilitating the transfer of patient records from other offices and to specialists
- Following all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in dental administration
- Preferred candidates will also have experience with Dentrix
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of dental conditions and treatments
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental PPOs
