Senior National Sales Manager - Consumer Brands (Full‑Time)
Senior National Sales Manager – Consumer Brands (Base + Commission)
About AQUALORA
AQUALORA is a New York–based brand development and distribution company focused on emerging housewares, storage, and personal care brands for the U.S. market. We partner with founders and factories to build retail‑ready programs for national retailers and major e‑commerce accounts.
Role Overview
AQUALORA is hiring an experienced, relationship‑driven Senior National Sales Manager to drive U.S. national account growth. This role is ideal for ex‑buyers, former sales reps, and senior account managers who know how to open doors, build programs, and keep buyers coming back. You will be responsible for selling three core brands (housewares, storage, personal care) across U.S. national accounts.
We already have strong leads in the pipeline and expect more from our upcoming NY NOW trade show on February 1–3 , with pre‑show outreach beginning January 28 . Being on‑site during this window to learn the lines and meet buyers is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own national retail and e‑commerce sales for AQUALORA’s housewares, storage, and personal care brands.
- Leverage your buyer and merchant relationships to open new accounts and expand existing programs.
- Prepare for and attend the NY NOW show (February 1–3), including outreach beforehand and disciplined follow‑up afterward.
- Use our CRM tools daily to manage pipelines, run targeted outreach, and track all buyer communication.
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs for prospecting, meetings, and closed business.
- Collaborate with a small team of 2–3 senior sellers based in New York to coordinate account strategy and share market intel.
Work Location & Schedule
- New York City–based role as we set up our U.S. base (Hudson Yards / Javits area, ZIP 10001).
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the NYC office , 2 days per week off‑site/remote once the office is fully operational.
- Ability to be available in New York from January 28 to February 3 for NY NOW preparation and the show itself is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, buying, or account management for consumer products (housewares, home, personal care, or related).
- Existing relationships with buyers at U.S. national retail or major online accounts, or a strong track record selling into them.
- Experience working trade shows, line reviews, and seasonal buy meetings.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline‑management skills; comfortable working to clear KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset and desire to build with a small founding team.
Compensation
- Base salary range: 50,000–80,000 USD per year , depending on experience and relationships.
- Sales commission range: 5–8% of sales, depending on brand and program structure, with significant upside for top performers.
- On‑target earnings (base + commission) can reach 100k+ for sellers who meet and exceed annual targets.
How to Apply
Apply directly through Indeed with your resume and a short note on your national account experience. You can also email [email protected] with the subject line “Senior National Sales Manager – NYC.”
