We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our team in Mount Kisco, NY. As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial function in ensuring our patients receive timely and accurate medical care.

Medical Scheduler Qualifications required

»High school diploma or equivalent

» 1-2 years of practice in a medical office setting preferred

»EMR/ EHR expertise preferred

»Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise

»Strong organizational and time management expertise

» capability to work effectively in a team environment

Medical Scheduler Key Responsibilities:

»Schedule patient appointments and ensure all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately

»Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information

»Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member

»Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained

»Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient care is coordinated and efficient

»Assist with administrative tasks as needed
