We are seeking an experienced Pool Installation Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure our projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Position Overview

The Pool Installation Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of pool construction projects from excavation through final completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience who enjoys a mix of hands-on work, team leadership, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities for multiple pool projects.
• Work closely with the project manager, designers, and clients to ensure job specifications, timelines, and quality expectations are met.
• Lead and assist crews in the installation of fiberglass, gunite, and vinyl liner pools.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Oversee material orders, equipment scheduling, and jobsite logistics.
• Perform quality control checks throughout construction phases.
• Troubleshoot field issues and proactively identify ways to improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized job documentation, including site photos, reports, and updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pool construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with fiberglass, gunite, and vinyl liner pool systems.
• Strong understanding of pool plumbing, electrical systems, and hydraulic layout.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, proactive work ethic with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
