Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail stores and on the road to promote products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and offering personalized solutions
• Conduct route driving efficiently while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, schedule deliveries, and maintain accurate records
• Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant options confidently
• Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when transporting merchandise or equipment during deliveries or setup
• Maintain knowledge of pricing strategies, merchandising standards, and product features to effectively communicate value propositions

Experience

• Previous retail store experience or direct customer service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential
• Commercial truck driving experience or a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with automobile transportation, route driving, and safe driving practices aligned with DOT regulations
• Basic math skills for handling pricing, calculations, and inventory management accurately
• Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and reporting purposes
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices to prevent injury
• Proven organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and client information effectively
