Barista

We're expanding our hours at Dolly's and looking for another barista to join our team.

Base pay is 15.00 plus tips (avg $25 hourly).

-Shifts would be Friday through Monday. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 9AM-5PM

Responsible, punctual, hospitable, and clean individual with at least 2 years of professional Barista experience. Must be able to operate a manual La Marzocco manual machine. Must have basic coffee/espressso knowledge. Latte art is a sign of proper milk steaming technique and is a prerequisite.

-Must be familiar with NYC department of health codes.

- Must be CLEAN, ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL, TAKE DIRECTION, AND HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE.

Duties include but not limited, dialing-in, making espressso based drinks, drip, cold brew, teas. Taking inventory, and cleaning. Be front facing and have a hospitable attitude with guests/patrons. Must be a able to work a busy 200+ plus cover shift.

We are a busy coffee shop/bakery located in Ocean Hill/Bedstuy, Brooklyn, with a small, but popular breakfast sandwich and pastry menu. Our team is close knit, dedicated, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. WE ARE STICKLERS FOR QUALITY AND SANITATION.
