Discover your role:
- Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned Clinical and Commercial programs, ensuring uninterrupted supply across advanced therapy modalities
- Execute master production scheduling (MPS), material requirements planning (MRP), demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sites
- Build and maintain inventory reports accounting for complex manufacturing requirements, shelf-life constraints, and cold-chain considerations
- Design and implement statistical models, simulations, and algorithms to forecast and quantify operational and supply chain performance metrics
- Generate dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools that communicate analytical insights and drive informed planning decisions
- Support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes by consolidating data and facilitating information flow across demand, supply, and integration functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, disciplined planning in alignment with GMP requirements and audit readiness standards
- Execute advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to design complex planning tools and models with strong working knowledge of MPS, MRP, demand management, and inventory management principles
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced therapy manufacturing and familiarity with regulatory and supply chain considerations specific to advanced therapy modalities (siRNA, AAV, LNP, CRISPR) is preferred
This role requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a Science discipline
- Senior Analyst: 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Principal Analyst: 8+ years of supply chain experience
