Clinical Desktop Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Technician with prior experience supporting end users in a healthcare environment, ideally with exposure to radiology departments, imaging workstations, and PACS systems. This role focuses on hardware/software support, clinical workstation readiness, and ensuring reliable connectivity for radiology modalities and imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for clinical and administrative users, including radiology staff.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based workstations and peripheral devices in clinical areas.

Support radiology-specific endpoints such as diagnostic workstations, imaging viewers, voice recognition peripherals, and modality-connected devices. (Derived from responsibilities such as configuring and maintaining diagnostic workstations in radiology departments)

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of Desktop Support or End User Support experience in an enterprise environment. [Desktop Te...den's Team | OneNote]

Prior healthcare IT experience required (hospital, clinic, imaging center, etc.).

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), and common clinical applications.
