Docket Specialist
Top law firm located downtown is seeking a Docket Specialist who will report to the Managing Attorney. In this role, you will maintain the highest standards of accuracy with respect to docketing and calendaring litigation matters in state and federal courts and other tribunals. You will be responsible for reviewing all docketing, monitoring cases in the state and federal courts, online and manually, creating docket tracks/alerts for case teams upon request using Lexis CourtLink, Bloomberg Law, CourtAlert or other such tracking software, maintaining database and spreadsheet, maintaining NextGen CM/ECF & NYSCEF credentials and assisting with e-filing as needed. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 plus years of docketing experience with a strong knowledge of federal and state court rules. xrczosw

- Familiarity with Westlaw, Lexis CourtLink, Bloomberg Law
- Experience CourtAlert’s docketing system preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Focused attention to detail
- Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating and business needs
- MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 X a week - 9:30am-5:30pm Bonus and OT eligible.
