Staff Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Four years of tax preparation experience.
- Four years of QuickBooks experience.
- Prepare individual and business tax returns.
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
- Correspond with clients on bookkeeping issues via email or phone.
- Review financial reports for proper classification of income expense, assets and liability.
- Assistant bookkeepers with bookkeeping and tax filing preparation.
- Support workflow system and maintain website clients' communication.
