This role is integral to bridging the kitchen and dining room, ensuring every dish is delivered with precision, care, and professionalism

- 1-2 years Food Running experience in a 2+star rated NYT Metropolitan restaurant
- A clear understanding of service standards and expectations of working directly with the chef during service
- Good food knowledge with the ability to explain basic preparations to guests if needed
- Ability to support chef and FOH team as needed
- Basic food preparation knowledge
