Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients in observation status .

- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care .
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately .
- Travel to various hospitals and medical facilities for temporary assignments .
Qualifications
- Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Observation Unit, ED, or Med-Surg .
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
- Skills: Strong assessment, time management, and patient care coordination skills .
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and assist patients as needed .
- Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments .
