Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions’ client, located in Wappingers Falls, NY, an international organization, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Specialist to add to their team! Our client is seeking a dependable, well-spoken employee to answer high-volume phones.


In order to be prosperous in the Customer Account Specialist will have:

»Minimum of two years of practice in a customer support position; call center practice preferred

»Associates degree required; preferably in Communications, Business Administration or Computer Science

» capability to communicate technical terms to beginners as well as well-versed individuals

»Excellent capability to multi-task


Customer Account Specialist Responsibilities:

»Create and maintain service tickets for all customer interactions

»Offer quick and concise solutions to rising problems

»Meet all of customer’s expectations

»Utilize appropriate judgment for effective assessment of end-user needs and resolution.

»Provide skills and expertise to all internal and external customers


This opportunity is a full-time with temp to hire and direct hire opportunities starting at $21.98 per hour. It is a 4 day work week & hybrid options available. Employees must be available for an 8 hour shift during working operations of 8am-8pm. This company offers room for advancement and an excellent benefits package.
