Cheese Shop adjunct Manager: Position requires at least 2-3 years of food retail practice in a high-volume, professional setting. practice in a cheese shop is a plus! candidates must have the capability to lead staff, conduct all cheese operations and demonstrate broad product expertise. Saturday or Sunday hours are required, as well as some evenings. During peak season, you should be available to work 6 days a week.
