Como mercaderista en GomezLee Marketing, tu objetivo principal ser garantizar que nuestros productos se exhiban de la mejor manera posible en los puntos de venta.
Tus funciones y responsabilidades incluyen:
- Asegurarte de que nuestros productos estn debidamente posicionados en las gndolas y estanteras de las tiendas.
- Realizar visitas peridicas a los puntos de venta para verificar el stock de nuestros productos y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
- Negociar espacios promocionales y exhibiciones especiales para nuestros productos con los encargados de los puntos de venta.
- Capacitar al personal de las tiendas sobre las caractersticas y beneficios de nuestros productos.
- Proporcionar informes peridicos sobre el desempeo de nuestros productos en los puntos de venta y proponer acciones para mejorar su visibilidad y rotacin.
Para ser considerado para este puesto, necesitas cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
- Experiencia previa como mercaderista o en posiciones similares en el sector de consumo masivo.
- Conocimientos slidos sobre merchandising y marketing.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y negociacin.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles y realizar visitas a los puntos de venta en diferentes zonas geogrficas.
- Carnet de conducir y vehculo propio.
- Motor propio al dia con sus documentos.
- Bachiller o Estudiante Universitario.
- Manejo de equipos tecnolgicos
