Executive Office Administrator

FT. Benefits. $20.00/$25.00/Hour.This position provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and serves as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors. This role is responsible for managing key communications, coordinating board and leadership activities, and ensuring that the Executive Office operates efficiently and professionally.
Executive Director Support
Manage calendar, scheduling and priorities. Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders. Draft and proofread communications. Prepare materials for meetings and presentations. Track priorities and follow-up on initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and sound judgement.Board of Directors Support
Serve as liaison to Board and committees. Coordinate meetings and logistics. Prepare agendas and materials. Record and distribute minutes. Maintain board records. Support onboarding of new members.Leadership & Organizational Support
Support Senior Leadership Team. Coordinate internal meetings and initiatives. Assist with projects, research, and reporting. Help track organizational priorities.Administrative & Operational Support
Coordinate payroll processing with Operations Director. Prepare bank deposits following procedures. Manage files and office systems. Order supplies. Manage donor information using CRM system and prepare acknowledgements. Manage mail and general office tasks.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and writing skills. Organization and time management. Attention to detail. Discretion and professionalism. Microsoft Office proficiency. Fundraising CRM experience. Ability to work independently.Qualification Standards:
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Two plus years of relevant administrative experience. Experience supporting senior leadership preferred. Board support experience a plus.Email Cover Letter and Resume to: [email protected]
