Payroll Oracle Implementation Consultant

My client seeks an experienced Oracle Implementation Consultant to support the Corporate Payroll team in implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management Systems. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring that payroll and timekeeping needs are effectively translated into system requirements and successfully implemented through collaboration with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Oracle Cloud HCM suite and its various dependencies and integration points.
- Coordinate business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Develop and deliver project documentation, including business process design, configuration documents, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Review, define, and guide business process re-engineering to ensure efficiency and compliance with preventive controls.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues impacting the implementation process.
- Develop and execute testing plans, including drafting test scripts, identifying test data, tracking defects, and managing payroll/timekeeping parallel testing.
- Configure and design reports and queries to support payroll operations post-implementation.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Payroll operations.
- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation.
- Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
- Experience in large-scale operations, preferably in payroll and/or timekeeping.
- Full life-cycle experience, including application setup, testing, user training, and production support.
- Experience with data conversions, third-party integrations, and custom reporting.
