A well-established and highly respected New York litigation firm specializing in plaintiff-side personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation cases is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–15 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong preference for plaintiff-side work, and the ability to manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct initial client consultations and evaluate potential personal injury claims

• Investigate cases by reviewing accident reports, medical records, and witness statements

• Coordinate with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, and other professionals

• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests

• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements

• Represent clients in court for hearings, depositions, and trials

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and manage multiple active cases simultaneously

Experience you will need:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in New York

• 2–15 years of experience in personal injury litigation, ideally on the plaintiff side

• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills

• Proven ability to manage a litigation caseload independently

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
