TES Staffing is working with a local wealth management is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to help elevate their advisors’ impact by streamlining the planning process, enhancing meeting preparation, and ensuring flawless client experiences.
This is more than a support role, it’s a chance to grow into a true planning professional alongside one of Rochester’s most respected firms.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate closely with advisors to build and refine personalized financial plans
• Utilize top-tier tools and proposal software
• Prepare pre-meeting reports, visuals, and documentation that wow clients
• Manage follow ups that deepen client trust and confidence
• Research and coordinate with our home office to deliver intelligent, compliant solutions
• Keep the digital records squeaky clean and audit ready
• Contribute to a strong, team first culture and jump into projects as needed
