NY- Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-to-Senior-Level)
Associate Attorney — Finance
Location: New York, NY
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney to join their rapidly-expanding practice in New York . This is an exciting opportunity for a finance-focused attorney to work on sophisticated transactions in a dynamic and growing office.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
Active Bar Admission in New York .
2–5 years of substantive experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex lending transactions .
Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings , cross-border financings , and syndicated credit facilities .
Prior experience at a large law firm is strongly preferred .
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent lenders and borrowers in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials.
Coordinate and conduct due diligence, and oversee all aspects of deal execution.
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement deal strategies.
Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation : Includes an expected base salary range of $235,000-$365,000 , commensurate with experience and market factors, and eligibility for a discretionary bonus .
