Description
The Residential Operations Coordinator oversees the operational, regulatory, and quality assurance functions of the agency’s residential programs to ensure compliance, safety, and effective delivery
service. The role provides 24/7 oversight of assigned residences, including supervision of the Residence Manager, QIDP, and Lead Shift Supervisor, and is responsible for overseeing all operational, clinical, and physical plant services within the residences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee and supervise all operational services delivered within the residential facilities.
- Ensure staff adherence to all operating standards, policies, and regulations established by
OPWDD and other governing bodies. - Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of direct support staff.
- Work closely with Residence Managers to ensure residences are clean, safe, and well
maintained. - Oversee agency vehicle maintenance and ensure all properties are maintained in safe
condition. - Assist in monitoring program expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgetary
projections. - Respond to emergency situations on a 24/7 basis and provide guidance and direction to staff
as needed. - Monitor staff time and attendance on an ongoing basis and report any errors or concerns to the
Director of Residential Services.
Desired skills/qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in human services or a related field
- At least three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities.
- Five (5) years supervisory experience.
- A valid driver’s license from state of residence with a good driving history. This is a requirement of the position
Pay Rate
$72,000 – $90,000
