Mailroom Clerk
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerks to support fast-paced office operations in Manhattan. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate handling, sorting, and distribution of mail and packages, as well as supporting day-to-day shipping, receiving, and light administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, track, and distribute mail and packages in a fast-paced office setting.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, courier deliveries, and mailroom documentation.
- Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, scanners, and tracking systems.
- Support office operations through accurate handling of confidential and time-sensitive materials.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, warehouse, office support, or a similar environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a corporate mailroom or office services environment.
- Familiarity with package tracking systems, postage meters, scanners, or courier processing.
- Experience supporting administrative or facilities-related office tasks. What We Offer
