Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Warwick, NY. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. This role is based in an outpatient setting and requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work with a diverse patient population.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New York State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Client requires experience with therapeutic activity planning and ADL retraining. This is a client-specific requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or hand therapy caseloads preferred.
• Experience with outcome documentation systems and productivity expectations preferred.
