The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an LPN, you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment, including:

• Bedside Nursing

• Care Planning

• Implementing Care

• Managing Patient Care provided by CNAs

• Quality Improvement

• Problem Solving

• Assessment

• Medication Administration

• Treatments

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program.
• Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care/long-term care setting is desirable.
• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
