Our AI practice in the Americas is entering its next stage of growth, with strong demand and an expanding portfolio of active engagements. This role plays a critical part in scaling delivery quality and commercial momentum as the practice continues to grow.
About the Role
As a Director at BOI, you will own the strategic quality and coherence of AI transformation engagements end-to-end. You will operate as the senior authority across delivery and proposal development, ensuring that what is sold is valuable, what is delivered is rigorous, and what reaches senior clients reflects sound judgment.
What You Will Do
- Lead AI transformation engagements as the senior delivery owner
- Independently structure proposals, approaches, and scopes of work
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Act as the primary strategic escalation point for engagements
- Support account growth by driving expansion opportunities grounded in delivery reality
- You will work closely with the Managing Director on senior client moments and deal shaping, but you’ll operate autonomously across delivery and proposal development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:
- Senior Strategy Leader with Delivery Judgment: You have led complex strategy or transformation engagements from framing through delivery. You are comfortable making hard calls in ambiguous environments and distinguishing between what is conceptually appealing and what is executable in real enterprise contexts.
- A Leader in AI solutions: You have experience leading AI-enabled initiatives in collaboration with technical teams. You bring enough technical fluency to shape credible approaches and challenge weak assumptions, without needing to be the deepest technical expert in the room.
- Commercially Effective, Delivery-Led: You have contributed to account growth by shaping the right problems, structuring credible proposals, and expanding existing engagements, not by overselling. You understand how senior enterprise buyers evaluate feasibility, risk, and value.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in consulting, agency, or custom solution environments serving enterprise clients
- Demonstrated ownership of strategy engagements end-to-end
- Experience leading AI or data-driven programs in enterprise contexts
- Proven ability to independently structure proposals and scopes of work
- Experience supporting account growth through engagement expansion
- Strong ability to translate between business ambition and technical feasibility
- Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering complex client work
- Comfort operating in complex stakeholder environments with senior leaders
Benefits
Salary Range: $210,000–$230,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits
