Dental Assistant

A growing health center in Rockland County, NY is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced dental team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional with dental assisting experience who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves supporting our dental providers in a clinical setting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and helping create a positive experience for every patient.

• Set up treatment area for patients
• Obtain dental history and records from patients
• Assist the clinician with procedures
• Prepare materials for making impressions and restorations
• Maintain inventory of dental instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with patient registration and provide patient education and treatment planning

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledgeable on dental procedures, materials, and terminology
• Quick and willing to learn, reliable and dependable, customer service oriented
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience
