Medical Office Manager Qualifications required
»Minimum of 5 years' practice in medical business management.
»Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).
»Strong interpersonal and communication expertise.
»Demonstrated capability to manage staff and office operations effectively.
»Organizational leadership abilities and strategic thinking abilities.

Medical Office Manager Responsibilities:
» supervise staff, implementing and enforcing office protocols, and handling disciplinary actions as necessary.
»Manage staff schedules, including vacation and sick days.
»Lead the hiring process for all staff, conducting interviews, background checks, and reference calls.
»Facilitate clear communication between the owner and the team.
»Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including advisors to the owner.
»Maintain focus on strategic priorities by managing everyday operational details.
»Provide leadership abilities and guidance to the medical staff, fostering effective communication.
»Maintain medical records reviews, correspondence, and inventory records.
»Ensure cleanliness of the facility and manage supplies inventory.
»Handle emails, correspondences, and contact with contracted agencies.
»Maintain weekend availcapability for emergencies.
