Electrical Estimator / Project Manager
Horseheads, NY (Onsite) | $95K – $115K + Bonus + Full Benefits
We’ve partnered with a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor with decades of success across commercial and industrial projects. This team is known for stability, strong leadership, and long-term employee retention.
They are looking to bring on an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager who can own both the front-end bidding process and execution of awarded projects .
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates (takeoffs, labor, materials)
- Build competitive bids and proposals
- Manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
- Handle submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Support field teams and ensure smooth execution
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in electrical estimating and/or project management
- Experience with commercial or industrial electrical projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and materials
- Familiarity with tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
