Paris Bar, an iconic French brasserie nestled within the Le Méridien Hotel near Carnegie Hall and Central Park, is hiring experienced Prep cook, AM and PM line cooks to join our kitchen team. you must be able to work weekends and have basic kitchen line skills.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our kitchen team in these roles. As a vital part of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities

Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness:
Ensure the kitchen and raw bar areas are kept clean, organized, and fully compliant with sanitation standards.

Ingredient Preparation:
Prepare ingredients following established recipes and procedures, including washing, cutting, portioning, and proper storage.
Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment REQUIRED
• Prior experience in Garde Manger or Raw Bar preferred
• Oyster shucking experience REQUIRED for Raw Bar Attendant
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including AM shifts
• Food Handler Certification is a plus

Compensation & Details

• Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time
