Food Safety Sanitation Specialist

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Equipment Washing & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize processing machinery, food contact surfaces, and production areas using high-pressure water hoses and chemical solutions.
- Chemical Safety & Dilution: Safely measure, mix, and apply approved sanitation chemicals following safety protocols and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all cleaned equipment passes strict company, USDA/FDA, and HACCP food safety standards before production begins.
- Pre-Operational Support: Inspect washed machinery alongside Quality Assurance teams to secure final cleanliness approvals for daily operation.
