Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and efficient processes.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure recruitment success and optimize processes.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to remain informed about industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Foster a strong employer brand image to attract candidates who align with our culture and values.
  • Deliver training and resources to hiring teams enhance their interviewing and selection skills.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including candidate experience, interview logistics, and onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and report on progress to senior management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and an ability to drive improvements based on insights.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment and technologies.

Desired Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally in the entertainment or tech industry.
  • Experience in managing large-scale recruitment efforts and high-volume hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.
