Software Engineer (Fullstack / Systems)

Location: Open (Hybrid / In-Person Preferred)
Experience Level: 2–4 years

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with a strong foundation in compiled languages , excellent algorithmic and problem-solving skills , and experience working across the full stack . You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team tackling complex systems and building scalable, high-performance software that powers data access for enterprises.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup environment , enjoys ownership and autonomy, and has a genuine curiosity about systems, robotics, or distributed computing.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and scale core product features across our stack ( Rust, React, Python )

• Design and implement efficient, reliable systems from the ground up

• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the technical vision

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies that enhance performance and scalability

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering

• Expertise in at least one compiled language (e.g., Rust, C++, Go, Swift, etc.) — not Java

• Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills

• Experience with systems programming or distributed systems

• Exposure to or interest in early-stage startups and fast-paced environments

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Mathematical background viewed favorably

Nice to Have

• Experience with Rust, Python, and React

• Background in robotics , systems , or infrastructure engineering

• Contributions to open-source or personal side projects demonstrating technical depth

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Strong sense of ownership and initiative

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

• Comfortable working across different parts of the stack
