Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Sr Associate, FP&A will report to the SVP of FP&A and will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy, driving performance optimization, and providing critical insights to guide high-level decision-making across our firm.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive reporting and presentation experience, deep financial expertise, and a strategic vision to propel our company's growth and profitability in a dynamic real estate market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong ability to develop clean, executive-ready presentations that distill complex financial and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives that supports strategic planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making at the executive level
Collaborate and communicate regularly with extremely wide range of audiences, from Link senior/executive management to Blackstone executives and analysts
Design and implement advanced performance metrics and KPIs across the organization
Partnership with teams around Link to oversee the production of high-level financial reports and presentations for the executive team and Blackstone, including assisting with monthly and Board materials
Collaborate with Asset Management and Investment teams to optimize portfolio performance and returns
Lead in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to guide investment strategies
Drive digital transformation initiatives within the finance function to enhance efficiency and decision-making capabilities
Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in real estate finance and technology
Foster a culture of analytical excellence, innovation, and strategic thinking within the FP&A function
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-8+ years of demonstrated Finance and/or Accounting experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across department and present/communicate with diverse range of senior audiences
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and a strategic problem solver and strategic mindset with comprehensive planning and organizational skills, while working with ambiguity and uncertainty
Ability to meet tight deadlines demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong project management and coordination skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to drive accountability without direct authority
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel
Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to apply logic and judgment to resolve issues
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required
Real estate background a plus
Familiarity with data extraction tools (e.g., Google LOOKER or similar) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
$125,000 - $150,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
