Technology Transactions Attorney (Hybrid)- Top Amlaw 100 Firm
Lexitas Legal has a top-tier law firm seeking a mid-level associate (3+ years of experience) to join its M arket-Leading Technology Transactions practice .

The practice works closely with the firm’s highly ranked Corporate group , which is widely recognized for its work in startups, IPOs, and M&A within the technology and life sciences sectors.
What they’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have strong law firm experience advising technology companies on a broad range of commercial and IP-driven transactions. This includes work for both early-stage startups and later-stage/public companies, as well as advising on the intellectual property and commercial aspects of M&A and other strategic transactions.
Key qualifications include:
- Solid grounding in intellectual property and contract law
- Experience with complex commercial technology transactions
- Ability to collaborate closely with corporate and M&A teams
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Locations:
New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Santa Monica
Candidates must be admitted to the bar (or eligible to sit for or waive into the bar) in the jurisdiction corresponding to their preferred office.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $350,000+ dependent on relevant years of experience. This is hybrid. xrczosw
