Line Cook
Mary's is a busy bar and restaurant on the Lower East Side looking for a reliable, experienced line cook to join our team.
The Position: Part-time, Sunday through Wednesday.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven line cook experience — cooking proteins to temp, solid knife skills, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced kitchen
- Clean, organized, and accountable
- Reads and speaks English (Spanish a plus)
