Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and replacing drywall and sheetrock, installing drop ceilings, countertops, trim, and crown molding. This role also involves metal and wood framing, cabinet installation, and the installation of toilets and sinks.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace drywall and sheetrock.
• Install drop ceilings.
• Install countertops and trim/crowning.
• Perform metal and wood framing.
• Install cabinets.
• Install baseboards and crown molding.
• Install toilets and sinks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in carpentry and construction.
• Proficiency in drywall, brick laying, blueprint reading, grouting, and caulking.
• Skilled use of hand and power tools.
• Experience in drywall hanging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience on a construction site.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds.

We supply all necessary power tools to our team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orchard Park, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
