Google & Facebook Ads Specialist (Starter Level)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to create and manage advertising campaigns for our business. This role is ideal for someone looking to work remotely while managing digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Create 1–2 ad creatives per week (images, graphics, or short video/text ads)
- Write ad copy including headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action
- Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Monitor ad performance and make basic optimizations (budget, audience, placement)
- Provide simple updates and suggestions for improvement
- Maintain brand consistency in all ads
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Basic graphic design or ad creation skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Understanding of basic ad metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience managing small campaigns or personal projects
- Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
Compensation & Hours:
- Contracted, Retainer $500–$1,000/month depending on experience
- 15–25 hours per month
- Fully remote, flexible schedule
