26’ Box Truck Delivery Specialist — Warehouse Operations
Role overview
Drive safe, deliver accurately, and keep our warehouse running smoothly. This hybrid role blends professional route delivery with hands-on inventory and equipment work.
Core delivery responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles with safety and professionalism at all times.
- Complete timely, accurate deliveries to assigned destinations.
- Unload product and stack with customers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Finish all delivery paperwork and documentation with precision.
Warehouse & inventory support
- Receive, stock, pick, and ship merchandise as part of daily operations.
- Assemble customer orders; palletize and stage for shipment.
- Place materials in correct locations using product codes or sequences.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and update inventory records as needed.
- Investigate and resolve freight discrepancies or claims.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization—sweep, remove trash, and follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
- Proven experience operating 26’ box trucks (required).
- Forklift or reach truck experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail; organized and dependable.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documentation.
- Professional communication with customers and coworkers.
- Proficiency with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Capability to lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs regularly.
- On-time, reliable, and comfortable working at a fast pace to meet deadlines.
Compensation
Hourly Range $20.00 - $22.00
Legal
