Position Details: Live-In.
Live-In Details: Staff bedroom located in the garden level of the residence.
Location: NEW YORK, NY.
Days: Mon - Fri.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ( Additional hours might needed incase of emergencies and during weekend visits from the family. )
Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 per Year, Paid via W2 (on the books).
Additional Benefits: PTO only.
Start Date: 2/2/2026
Main Work Duties:
- Housekeeping.
- Polishing silverware.
- Daily walk-through with checklist.
- Light errands, returns.
- Silver service.
- Sometimes light packing or preparing sports bags to give to the trainer.
Required Qualities:
- Very detailed.
- Extensive experience in housekeeping.
- Some level of experience in service.
- Ability manage time well.
- Some experience in working with contractors.
The Perfect Candidate: Experience in high-end hotels or yachts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ solid years of executive housekeeping for a private home.
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
