You Will:

• Manage all Body Shop work and personnel
• Manage the full-body restoration and paint to trucks involved in collisions. Repairs will include fiber glass, welding on aluminum/steel/stainless steel, trailers, side rails/sheets, and roll up doors among other fixes.
• Ensure all repairs are completed on time
• Maintain running cost within budget
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs requiring a high level of customer service.

Requirements

You Have:

• Six (6) or more years experience managing a truck body shop or auto body shop
• Experience supporting a large fleet of trucks
• High level of focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Managed an operating budget for a larger truck Body Shop
