Property Maintenance Technician - $60K Per Year
Property Maintenance Technician position available with a strong income, health & financial benefits with a well-established real-estate development firm with a portfolio of residential assets located in northwest Dutchess County. The position requires residential property maintenance expertise. The maintenance tech will be responsible for basic residential repairs, light plumbing, light carpentry, and general outdoor seasonal maintenance. For the motivated handyman, this is a home-run opportunity . Candidates outside of a reasonable commute to Northwestern Dutchess county will not be considered for the position.income: $60,000.00

Responsibilities & Requirements
»Basic carpentry, plumbing, and general property maintenance expertise
» capability to work in a small team of 3 maintenance technicians
»Strong communication expertise
»Clean license with own transportation to the company office
»Roll up your sleeves, team oriented positive attitude
»Must be located within a reasonable commute to Northwest Dutchess County.
