Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate RBTs to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing behavior plans designed by our BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record session data
- Track progress and behavior changes
- Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment
Qualifications
- RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain — we can guide you)
- Basic understanding of ABA principles
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, patient, and passionate about working with children
- Ability to travel within NYC area
- Experience is a plus, but not required
