Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and delivers high-quality results for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
Paint interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Perform drywall repairs, minor carpentry touch-ups, and surface prep
Protect furniture, floors, and job sites before and during work
Ensure clean lines, smooth finishes, and consistent quality
Follow job specifications, timelines, and safety procedures
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Complete additional tasks as directed by management
Requirements
Prior painting experience preferred (residential or commercial)
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, coachable, and dependable
